Bookkeeping services include preparation and submission of VAT and other statutory returns. The service is completely flexible and is tailored to the needs of the client. It may be provided on site, off site via an internet link to the client’s accounting software and data or completely remotely using our software.

Payroll

Even where a client has their own bookkeeper, they frequently wish to have their payroll performed confidentially off site. We offer a full payroll service on a monthly, fortnightly and weekly basis.

Management accounts

Company accounts can provide valuable information to assist the client in the achievement of his or her goals. We offer to assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and/or management accounts on a regular basis and to assist in their interpretation.

Year end accounting

We are able to tidy up accounts and make closing adjustments far more efficiently than most in house accountants, simply because as Accounting Officers we are usually the people who have to deal with the results.

Annual Financial Statements

We can compile Annual Financial Statements and act as accounting officers for Close Corporations.

Complete accounts department outsource

With the increasing scarcity of competent staff from bookkeepers to Financial Managers, it is becoming more and more attractive for clients to completely outsource their accounting function to us. Online submission of Annual Returns

CIPRO requires that all companies and Close Corporations submit an annual return of secretarial details and the payment of a fee (related to turnover). The CIPRO website is notorious for its lack of adequate bandwidth and its instability. As registered CIPRO agents we offer this service at R456.00 per return.
